Frazier Healthcare's Rauvola leaves for Morgenthaler Ventures

Bridget Rauvola has left Seattle's Frazier Healthcare Ventures after 16 years on the job in order to lead investor relations at Morgenthaler Ventures. Rauvola is now based in Boulder, Colo. Morgenthaler has nearly $3 billion under management, including a $400-million fund raised in November 2008.

Here's Rauvola's bio on the Morgenthaler website. The venture firm is headquartered in Silicon Valley with offices in Boulder and Boston. It invests primarily in IT and life sciences.

Morgenthaler's portfolio includes at least one Seattle startup, blist, which has a service to publish data and lists on the web.
