In search of Seattle cycling geeks

We're happy to report that entrepreneur and blogger DL Byron of the popular Bike Hugger blog will be contributing periodic guest posts to TechFlash, including items on cycling technology and mini profiles of local cycling geeks. To get things rolling, he's looking for Seattle-area techies to join him -- and his wearable video camera -- on lunchtime rides.

See this post on Bike Hugger for details, and contact him if you want to participate. He's also on Twitter: @bikehugger. If you know some avid cyclists or interesting topics Byron should cover, please let us know.

The technology industry in the Seattle region is full of cycling enthusiasts, as evidenced by the formation of a new cycling group called "Blog Rollers" that will hold its first ride next week. Given the natural intersections between cycling and technology, we're excited about the collaboration between the sites.

Look for Byron's posts to start appearing in the coming weeks.
