With the new iPhone 3G S hitting stores Friday, we'll be checking in at our neighborhood Apple store bright and early to see if lines are forming and report on other details as folks shop for the highly-touted device. And we mean early. Seattle-area Apple stores are opening their doors at 7 a.m., hours ahead of schedule, to accommodate the expected masses.
"it should be an exciting and fun day for us," said Jen Markaryan, manager of Apple's Southcenter location. She declined to offer any specifics about what Apple will be doing tomorrow or how it is preparing for the launch of the next-generation phone.
But we're wondering if the crowds will be as large as previous iPhone releases? Are you planning to get the new iPhone 3G S, and if so what are you most looking forward to?
